Registration deadline

The deadline for applications is 31.08.2024.

Registration fees

The registration fee includes participation in all lectures, congress materials, lunches and refreshments during the congress days. Social events are also included in the registration fee. The fee must be paid by 10.09.2024.

The registration fee does not include the price of accommodation, which each conference participant pays separately.

Fee prices are listed including VAT.

Registration instructions for presenting authors

Each accepted MATEDAS 2024 abstract must have at least one full registration.

Change in registration

Registration is mandatory. If you cannot participate, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization, but you will be charged an administrative fee of €60. All changes must be made in writing to:
